What is that you ask? Well, in the past you may be aware that we have had a Patient Participation Group where members met a few times a year to discuss changes within the Practice, raise money for charity and discuss wider issues in the community, but it became difficult for everyone to physically meet due to work commitments, holidays etc.
What is the purpose of the Patient Participation Group? We are striving to create a group that is designed to act as a bridge between us and our patients. We are hoping to establish a diverse group of different ages, backgrounds and experiences to provide an accountable method of communication and feedback between the Surgery and it's users.
From surveys to fundraising activities we would love for as many people as possible to get involved!
